Transdev in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to bolster our team. This role demands expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines across various vehicles and equipment. As an Automotive Technician, you'll play a crucial role
in ensuring safety, efficiency, and longevity for our customers' diesel-powered assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
- Perform basic maintenance on Brakes, Tires, Oil Changes
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate repairs
- Keeping area clean and organized
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
ASE certifications preferred; ASE certification program provided
Must provide own tools
