Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

• Greet service customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle service needs accurately
• Prepare detailed repair orders and explain recommended services clearly
• Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians throughout the repair process
• Keep customers updated on service status and estimated completion times
• Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery
• Promote dealership service specials and routine maintenance packages
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to the team's CSI goals

Qualifications - Service Advisor:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive repair environment
• Strong working knowledge of dealership operations and general automotive systems preferred
• Prior Ford or domestic brand experience is highly preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical information to customers in a clear, approachable manner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
