In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, greeting customers, advising on necessary and recommended services, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout the process. You will track vehicle status, communicate updates, and ensure all customer concerns are addressed when the work is complete.
We are seeking a motivated individual with at least 2 years of experience in an automotive service environment. High-line and CDK experience is preferred. Responsibilities-Service Advisor:
- Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work while ensuring optimal shop capacity.
- Greet customers, discuss vehicle issues, and advise on services, costs, and timelines.
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle from drop-off through completion, providing timely updates to customers.
- Upon service completion, review the work order with the customer to ensure all concerns have been addressed.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by maintaining communication throughout the service process.
Requirements-Service Advisor:
- 2+ years of service advisor or service department experience required (automotive, high-line preferred).
- Experience with CDK and prior franchised dealership experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
- Ability to work some Saturdays (required).
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
