Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:
- Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers about service options and costs, s chedule appointments and more.
- Greet customers and answer questions, f ollow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work and k eep customers informed of changes
- Upon work completion, review work order with the customer to ensure all they are satisfied
- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:
- Auto Dealership Service Advisor Experience Preferred
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanical operations
- Good computer, customer service, and communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screen.
