Harvey Lexus is a full-service, domestic, luxury automotive dealership in Grand rapids and we are seeking a high energy, self-starter with outstanding customer service skills for Service Advisor / Writer position. This is a full-time position which includes some rotation of evening and Saturday hours.

Responsibilities - Service Advisor / Writer:
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Greet and work with customer and technician to identify required services using vehicle's service history
- Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; advise of any current special promotions available
- Compute the cost of replacement parts and labor
- Address customer's questions and needs promptly and professionally
- Ensure comprehensive pre-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been completed as scheduled
- Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with the service manager
- Meet the dealership's standards for repair order production
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor / Writer:
Candidate must be a quick learner and possess:
- Strong communication skills
- Computer skills (Dealer Track experience is a plus)
- Automotive or similar customer service skills and experience
- Professional business appearance
- Ability to foresee possible issues and make preemptive decisions quickly
- Flexibility to work with all clients and provide world class service to everyone
- Desire to keep up to date with the required training
- Solid work ethic with superior attendance record
