We are seeking full-time Automotive SERVICE ADVISORS to guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and more. Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through auto repair/maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, greet customers, answer questions, offer specials, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, ensure customer's are satisfied, and more.
• Maintain high CSI scores
  
  

Qualifications - Service Advisor:

• Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred
• ADP / CDK experience preferred
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Goal oriented and self-motivated to succeed
• Good work ethic and positive attitude
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screen.
