Essential Duties - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the entire auto maintenance/repair process, advise customers about service options and costs, schedule service appointments, and more
• Greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services and special promotions
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work and ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

• Reynolds & Reynolds plus Automotive Dealership Service Advisor experience is preferred
• Automotive operational knowledge preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication and computer skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
