Automotive Service Advisors

Twin City Hyundai, part of the Twin City Dealerships automotive group needs to hire a Service Advisor to advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair / maintenance. Experience is preferred. Earn what you deserve with our excellent pay plan.

Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

• Schedule appointments for auto repair service/maintenance/recall work.
• Greet customers and answer questions.
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs.
• Offer additional services and products, including special promotions
• Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
• Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
  

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:

• Automotive Service Advisor and/or Dealership experience is preferred
• Automotive operational knowledge is required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
