• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding warranty and after-sale repairs.
• Utilize shop resources efficiently to ensure low-cost and speedy service.
• Handle all service calls and negotiate service agreements.
• Coordinate and manage work orders for the shop.
• Oversee after-sale service handling, including warranty repairs.
• Arrange for the customers' vehicles to be brought to our shop for diagnostics and inspections.
• Set appointments with sublet repair facilities as needed.
• Control the repair process by managing the speed and cost of repairs.
• Submit warranty claims to the appropriate companies for payment.
• Provide backup support for the Service Director, Body Needs, and Parts departments. Responsibilities:

• Service Director 2nd in command of shop Qualifications:
• Automotive experience
