EOEResponsibilities - Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Take ownership of the customer's experience and provide concierge support for all owner's inquiries
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
- Advise customers regarding necessary service for routine maintenance and recommends additional services as needed
- Prepares a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service
- Assist in explaining diagnostic vehicle concerns
- Ensure multi-point inspections (MPI) are performed in a timely manner
- Handles customer complaints
- Maintain CSI at or above region

Requirements- CDK experience preferred. Will train the right candidate
