Nimey's New Generation Cars Inc. seeks a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Utica, New York team. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus a commission structure. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maximizing sales opportunities for our automotive service department.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary & commission ranging from $55,000 to $75,000, paid weekly

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with their automotive service needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Provide accurate and timely cost estimates for repairs and services
- Consult with customers to determine their needs and recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines
- Schedule and confirm appointments for service and repairs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure the timely completion of services
- Monitor and track sales and service performance to achieve monthly targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends and products

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology or related field preferred
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer service/sales role within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of automotive repair and service procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Proficient in computer software, such as Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
