Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary:
Patriot CDJR of Tulsa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales assistance to our clients in the Tulsa area. The Automotive Service Advisor will work in a fast-paced environment to assist customers with their automotive needs, build relationships, and increase sales. This is a Full Time, individual contributor role with a base salary plus commission structure, earning potential between $50,000 to $150,000 per year. Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customers' needs and recommend appropriate services and repairs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services
- Create accurate service estimates and quotes for customers
- Upsell additional services and products to meet sales goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for services
- Keep the service department organized and maintain a clean work environment
- Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Attend training and stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required
- Proficient in computer skills and ability to use industry-specific software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
