Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in person and on the phone, using our customer service techniques.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns; inspect vehicles and review service histories to accurately identify service needs.
- Recommend appropriate services based on knowledge and insights, clearly communicating additional recommendations from our technicians to help customers make informed decisions.
- Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories by showcasing a solid understanding of our offerings and their requirements.
- Provide customers with accurate quotes that include costs and time estimates for services, and keep them updated throughout the day.
- Process customer transactions with a review of multi-point inspections and warranty explanations.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction post-service and after declined services.
- Track all returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrate a professional appearance and the ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Having a State Inspector License is preferred, but not required.
- ASE Certified Service Consultant Certification is preferred, but not required.
- Availability to work a minimum of five days including weekends.
