Job Summary We are looking for a high-performing person to join our successful business. As an Automotive Service and Tire Expert Representative, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive service and tire experience. You will greet guests and build rapport, answer questions about vehicles, and facilitate information gathering. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible to welcome customers to your shop in a professional and friendly manner using great Communication Skills. We have been helping people with customer service experiences they love. We run a proactive ship here. We are strong on collaboration. Automotive writers put the agreement together between customer and tech bringing detail oriented contracts that clearly explain what you are suggesting with compliance of technical work to fix their problems. Invoicing and documentation are skills that help people better understand exactly what needs to done. Using photos or video and test results to explain along with technical results will help your customer realize the importance of the job.
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive with respect, a smile and professionalism
Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
Answer customer questions about their needs, vehicle service process, and the goals they have for their car
Advise customers on options they may want to solve their problems that meets their objective
Use software to maintain a customer database you will use to drive repeat business and marketing policies
Conduct discussions and obtain customers comments to detail the primary issues they are concerned with
Use skills to complete the process while maintaining a high level of customer connection and care
Maximize production and develop jobs for your crew of technicians to keep the customers happy
Offering customer options to meet their needs. Be flexible and focused on the customers feelings
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid state-issued driver's license
Prior Customer service or service advisor experience
Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills
Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision but good friendly collaboration with all team members
Typing writing and listening skills. Ability to explain results and the customers primary issue
