What You'll Do:
  • Be the First Point of Contact: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and assess their vehicle needs.
  • Communicate with Clarity: Explain technical repairs in an easy-to-understand way, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Coordinate with Technicians: Relay information, schedule services, and manage repair timelines for efficiency.
  • Manage Service Operations: Create repair orders, provide accurate cost estimates, and secure approvals before proceeding.
  • Follow Up & Build Relationships: Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish, addressing any concerns and offering additional service recommendations when necessary.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep track of all service interactions and documentation, including warranty and insurance claims.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the automotive service industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes is preferred.
  • A team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
