Responsibilities: - Engage with customers and inquire about their automotive service requirements

- Schedule service appointments and update customers on any changes
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient and timely completion of work
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints regarding service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions
Requirements: - Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or a similar customer service role
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, repair, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proficient computer skills for maintaining records and communicating with customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult customer situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license
