Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Write service orders accurately and clearly, detailing customer concerns and requested services
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work
- Provide estimates for repairs and services, explaining them to customers in a clear manner
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to accurately assess vehicle issues
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure necessary parts are available for service jobs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in service writing or automotive sales preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs, including oil changes and air brakes
- Familiarity with dealership operations and auto body repair processes is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
