aka Recruitment continue to work with a longstanding client of ours whilst they expand their Service team, we are delighted to bring you this Service Advisor role based in Dewsbury. Working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and alternate Saturday Mornings until lunchtime with a fantastic salary basic along with a strong bonus structure, starting at 27k.
Job Duties Include:
- Dealing with Customer both face to face and over the phone
- Booking in Services, MOTs and any Warranty work
- Provide the aftersales support for all customers keeping them updated at each step
- Working well within a team
Requirements:
- Experience within the Automotive Service Advisor role is essential
- Knowledge of Kerridge/Pinnacle systems is also essential
- You must have a professional manner and excellent customer service skills
