Responsibilities - Service Advisor:- Greet service customers and walk them through the repair process
- Write accurate repair orders and provide clear estimates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Keep customers informed and build long-term trust
- Maintain strong CSI through professional, honest communication
- Work efficiently in a team-focused environment
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:
- 1 - 3+ years of service advisor experience in a dealership or busy independent shop
- OR relevant experience in automotive sales or technician roles and a strong desire to transition
- Strong people skills - you know how to build rapport and keep customers coming back
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great under pressure
- Familiar with DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Someone who wants to stay long-term and be part of a stable, respected team
