DePaula Ford is looking for a customer-service oriented professional to work in our service department as an Advisor. Duties will include effectively initiating automotive services and repairs by identifying performance problems as well as services requested, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, working with other departments to develop estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records.
