Automotive Sales Manager - Westbury Alfa Romeo/Fiat

Westbury Alfa Romeo/Fiat, a proud member of the VIP Automotive Group of Long Island, is actively seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. Full-Time Position

• 5-6 Day Work Week

• Weekend Availability Required

• Earning Potential: $100,000+ per year (including commission and bonuses)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring achievement of all performance goals
  • Desk deals and structure financing effectively to close transactions
  • Maintain compliance with all dealership, local, state, and federal regulations
  • Mentor, train, and develop sales consultants to drive team success
  • Collaborate with General Management for deal approvals and strategy
  • Maintain and utilize CRM tools (VinSolutions, AutoAlert) for lead follow-up and performance tracking
  • Manage and improve customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in an automotive dealership
  • Strong closing and deal structuring skills
  • Proficient with CDK, VinSolutions, and AutoAlert
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Deep understanding of dealership sales processes and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Preferred:
  • 3+ years of experience in a dealership management role
