Responsibilities - Sales Manager:


  • Lead, motivate, and inspire our sales team to achieve their highest potential.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and customer-centricity throughout the dealership.
  • Drive sales performance by developing innovative strategies and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management and maximize profitability.

Qualifications - Sales Manager:


  • Proven experience in automotive sales or finance management.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • A passion for customer service and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
