A premier dealership in the New Orleans market is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with a strong background in automotive sales management, team leadership, and closing deals. This role is critical to ensuring the success and profitability of vehicle sales, overseeing the sales team, and driving overall performance. A proven track record of success is required for consideration.

Responsibilities - Sales Manager:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals
  • Coach, train, and mentor sales staff to improve performance and customer interactions
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure seamless transitions from sales to financing
  • Explain vehicle features, advantages, and financing options best suited for customers
  • Ensure loan/title and miscellaneous documents are processed efficiently
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
  • Engage in business development to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities


Qualifications:

  • Automotive Sales Manager or Finance Manager experience required
  • An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
  • Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
