Inovance Automotive is looking for an Automotive SALES MANAGER with the responsibilities of customer acquisition, market development, channel maintenance.

You have


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • At least 10 years of experience in AUTOMOTIVE (new energy components preferred) sales, service, and management for major clients, as well as sales and service experience for OEM/integrator clients in the automotive industry, are preferred.
  • Familiarity with the development process and shortlisting, bidding and tendering rules of the industry/major clients, with strong experience in client, project, and industry shortlisting operations preferred.
  • Strong learning ability and the ability to independently undertake related work, and possess good communication and collaboration skills as well as teamwork spirit.
  • Master business communication skills, awareness of business etiquette, strong customer communication skills and customer service awareness.


You will


  • Be responsible for market insights and competitive analysis of new energy vehicle components for local OEMs in North America;
  • Be responsible for the development, follow-up, maintenance, and management of industry clients and important major clients;
  • Assist the company in tracking and managing orders for important clients, industries, etc., and achieve the company's established operational goals for major clients;
  • Assist the company in continuously improving and optimizing the development and operation management system and processes for major customers, optimizing the allocation of market resources for major customers, and saving channel development and operation management costs;
