Due to our success we need to hire an EXPERIENCED Automotive Sales Manager, with proven auto sales management and team building skills, to be responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team management, and more. Responsibilities - Experienced Automotive Sales Manager:

  • Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team management and more
  • Hire, train and manage a high-performance sales team
  • Drive sales and produce results
  • Desk deals
  • Manage used car inventory levels and days in stock
  • Appraise and buy cars
  • Purchase used cars
  • Manage certified pre-owned program
  • Work with Parts & Service Director to shepherd used cars through reconditioning
  • Coordinate sales of all wholesale vehicles
  • Order new vehicles
  • Monitor contracts in transit lists


Qualifications - Experienced Automotive Sales Manager:

  • Required: Automotive Sales Manager experience
  • Strong leadership, sales management, and closing skills
  • Team builder
  • Outgoing with excellent communication, presentation and social media skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated to succeed
  • Proficient in computing and quoting sales price
  • Understands dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - before, during and
    after a sale
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
