As a BDC Representative, you'll be a part of a team of motivated professionals, seeking to assist with the growth and success of our company. Base Pay Range: $10-14/hour + Commission
Shifts Available: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Professional, Upbeat work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities Responsibilities - Receive inbound service calls and assist customers with scheduling maintenance or repair appointments.
- Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize shop capacity and improve customer convenience.
- Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Contact existing customers (phone, text, email) for upcoming maintenance, service reminders, or recall notifications.
- Attend weekly BDC and service team meetings during scheduled hours.
- Complete training modules and manufacturer courses as assigned.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer, every time.
Qualifications - Previous Business Development Center (BDC) or call center experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up ability.
- Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and internet-based tools.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
