Position Overview:
Findlay Lincoln is looking for a driven and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and nurturing customer relationships through effective communication, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills, a strong understanding of the automotive industry, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information on vehicle inventory, pricing, promotions, and dealership services.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets by utilizing effective sales strategies and following up on lead
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments, coordinating with sales representatives as needed.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote dealership, and provide relevant information about vehicles.
- Manage and update customer information accurately in the dealership's CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, schedule test drives, and support sales activities.
- Stay informed on current automotive industry trends, vehicle models, and dealership promotions to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a BDC Representative, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Coordinator in the automotive industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of customer inquiries and appointments.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Automotive knowledge, including familiarity with vehicle features, specifications.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively promote the dealership.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong time management and punctuality.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
