Huntersville Ford is looking for a full time Automotive Sales Consultant. Lots of growth potential. We are a locally owned and operated dealership located in the southern end of the Lake Norman Area and North of Charlotte. Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
  • Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Conduct customer consultation to select best vehicle in stock that fit needs and budget
  • Build value with through Feature, Advantage, Benefit product presentation
  • Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience preferred (Any industry) but not required for the right applicant
  • Self motivated team player
  • Ability to learn new technologies and product lines
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills as well as appearance
  • Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays (We are closed on Sunday)
  • High ethical standards to help develop customers for life
  • Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
