Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is seeking an experienced Spanish speaker-motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for a passionate sales professional with great communication skills and the ability to grow with us. This position is part of our sales team and requires an individual to be highly organized, customer service oriented, and possess a strong sales background.

Compensation & Benefits

The Sales Associate position provides a salary of $50,000 to $125,000 annually, paid on a weekly basis. Additional benefits include access to medical and dental insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and build relationships with prospective and current customers

• Generate sales opportunities by developing relationships with customers and by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies

• Conducts customer test drives to demonstrate the features and benefits of vehicles

• Provide accurate information on vehicles in order to maximize sales opportunities

• Processing necessary paperwork and closing deals

• Participate in ongoing training and special product/sales materials

• Marketing and managing the dealership showroom

• Assist in developing and maintaining a customer base

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
• Spanish speaking

• 2+ years prior work experience in automotive sales

• Demonstrated proficiency in customer relationships and customer service

• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices

• Proven ability to close sales deals and understand customer needs

• Self-motivated and independent worker who can work with minimal supervision

• High aptitude for computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
