The Delivery Coordinator / Lot Attendant will be responsible to effectively communicate the following information.
- Write Vehicle descriptions using dealership systems
- Ensure lot is clean and orderly
- Take pictures of freshly detailed vehicles for our website
- Commit to becoming an expert and gain in depth knowledge of our brand's vehicles accessories and technology
- Give customers in depth information on owner's manual and warranty
- Demonstrate features of the vehicle, show the customer navigation, (i.e. help them connect Bluetooth to their mobile phone)
- Check the detailing to ensure it's pristine for the customer
- Dealership orientation welcome tour - introducing customers to the various points of interest of the dealership
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. We're looking for a friendly, tech-savvy individual to fill our Delivery Coordinator / Product Specialist opening. This role is heavily focused on customer service. You don't have to have automotive experience to be successful. This job has a history of translating into a successful Sales Consultant career within our company.
