The
Sales and Service Advisor plays a crucial role in promoting and selling all the products and services available at Sun Auto Tire & Service while adhering to the company's standards and expectations.
Sun Auto Tire & Service operates various locations across Texas and is on an expansion journey. We provide comprehensive high-quality automotive repairs and preventative maintenance. Our ASE-certified technicians are ready to assist you with an array of services including alignments, brake repairs, oil changes, batteries, shocks and struts, belts and hoses, and air conditioning repairs.
Compensation: $45,000/Yr. to $60,000/Yr.

Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in-person and over the phone, using standardized customer service techniques.
- Listen carefully to customers' concerns and accurately document them; inspect vehicles and refer to service history for a full understanding of service needs.
- Recommend services based on knowledge and communicate additional recommendations from Automotive Technicians to assist customers in making informed decisions. Document all recommendations thoroughly.
- Promote sales of relevant services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating an understanding of products and associated service requirements.
- Provide customers with accurate quotes that include cost and estimated time of completion for approved services, and keep them updated throughout the day about their service status.
- Follow procedures accurately when processing a customer's ticket, ensuring a review of the completed multi-point inspection and explaining warranties.
- Conduct follow-up calls to customers after repairs and for declined services to ensure overall satisfaction.
- Track all returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, but not mandatory
- Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process-driven environment
- Valid driver's license is required
- Ability to work at least five days per week, including Saturdays
