Compensation: $45,000/Yr to $60,000/Yr.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Listen and document customer concerns thoroughly; inspect vehicles and refer to service history to accurately identify service needs.
- Recommend services based on knowledge and communicate any additional recommendations from Automotive Technicians for informed customer decisions.
- Promote the sales of services, parts, and accessories with a clear understanding of the products and associated service requirements.
- Provide customers with precise quotes that include the cost and estimated time for approved services, and update them on status throughout the day.
- Follow procedures for cashing out customer tickets, including reviewing completed inspections and explaining warranties.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after services are completed or declined.
- Track new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Professional appearance and ability to work smoothly in a process-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
