Responsibilities - Quick Lube Tech:
- Perform multi-point inspection of the vehicle including fluids, battery, brakes, belts, tires, etc.
- Perform light line maintenance
- Change or top off all fluids, grease bearings, and check/change the oil filter
- Change, mount, and balance tires
- Check tire pressure and add air if needed
- Maintain the dealership records and provide recommendations to customers regarding their vehicles
- Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology
- Responsible for keeping the shop area neat and clean
Qualifications/Requirements - Quick Lube Tech:
- Basic automotive knowledge or training; experience required
- Prior dealership service experience is a PLUS.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a focus on customer satisfaction
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
