Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Payroll Specialist to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly with CDK systems, and a strong background in processing commissions.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage and process commissions for sales staff, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Utilize CDK systems to maintain payroll records and generate reports.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and ensure data security.
Qualifications:- Prior experience in the automotive industry is required.
- Proficiency with CDK systems is essential.
- Proven experience in processing commissions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in West Palm Beach, FL.
