We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Payroll Specialist to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly with CDK systems, and a strong background in processing commissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage and process commissions for sales staff, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Utilize CDK systems to maintain payroll records and generate reports.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and ensure data security.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is required.
  • Proficiency with CDK systems is essential.
  • Proven experience in processing commissions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite in West Palm Beach, FL.
