We are seeking a dedicated Parts Specialist to join our team. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing parts, and providing exceptional customer service in an automotive setting. This position has a chance of promotion to management in the future. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availability Assist customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing the correct parts Coordinate with suppliers to source required parts efficiently Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking parts and orders Perform data entry tasks related to parts transactions Price parts accurately and handle invoicing processes Support warehouse management activities as needed Qualifications Prior experience in customer service within an automotive or related industry is preferred Proficiency in inventory control practices and warehouse operations Familiarity with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts Strong sourcing skills to find specific or rare parts efficiently Ability to use CMMS systems for managing parts inventory Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for automotive repair, possess strong customer service skills, and excel in managing parts inventory effectively, we encourage you to apply for the Parts Specialist position.
