Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Compensation:$80k - $90k Salary DOE
Qualifications: - 1 year experience as an Automotive Office Manager required.
- CDK experience required.
- Excel & Outlook proficiency required.
- Notary commission a plus, required to obtain notary commission within 30 days of employment. Any expense for this commission will be covered by the employer.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Math, reading, and software skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.

Responsibilities: - Prepare wire payments for vehicle purchases.
- Post non-reconditioning invoices if applicable for your staff's tenure.
- Oversee reserve reconciliation.
- Post applicable banking and complete deposits daily by EOD.
- Semimonthly 8300 reporting online and upload to Corp. Accounting.
- Reconcile Flooring: flooring purchases, payoff flooring due.
- Daily Cash Flow and Inventory Audit.
- Update tech employee's wage increases in DealerTrack compared to payroll platform when applicable.
- Prepare payroll backup (bonuses, timecard reports, time off reports, reimbursement forms and submit to payroll bimonthly.
- Review and approve payroll registers for final pay submission.
- Manage missed punch report from payroll platform to dept managers when received.
- Manage all schedules according to due dates and submit to Corp. Accounting timely.
- Manage manufacturer statement reconciliation: Parts, Service, Sales, Monthly Manufacturer Expenses. (If Applicable)
- Manage WellsOne credit card and facilitate its reconciliation.
- Complete ME checklist and submit each month for close.
- Manage Flooring Audits and communicate results of audits timely to Corp. Accounting.
- Manage Office Staff and the office staff's ability to complete job duties; training, coaching, and providing resources aid in their success.
- Completes I-9 forms for all new hires and sends to HR same day as date of hire.
- Assists in the oversight of consolidated billing.
- Oversees the payroll adjustments needed.
- Assists in accurate accounting of shared employees across dealerships at a corporate level.
- Supports all CDK transitions and assists in training as needed.
- Assist with project management and special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
This position does have supervisory responsibilities.
