Landmark Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Fixed Operations Director. The Fixed Ops Director is responsible for all operations within the service, parts and body shop departments - setting policy and processes, hiring staff, managing technicians, service advisors, and ensuring great customer service. This is a very fast-paced position in a high-volume dealership environment. Candidate will have to have a proven record of cost effect strategies, customer service scores, and strong leadership abilities. Local travel will be required.

Responsibilities - Fixed Operations Director:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the service, parts, and body shop departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage departmental budgets and financial goals to achieve maximum profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure the departments meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Drive customer retention by focusing on quality service, timely repairs, and excellent communication.
• Maintain inventory levels for parts and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements - Fixed Operations Director:

• Experience is required
• Local travel will be required
• Technical automotive knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a PLUS.
• Organized and friendly personality
• Ability to provide exceptional customer experience
• Warranty processing knowledge
