The Fixed Ops Director is responsible for all operations within the service, parts and body shop departments - setting policy and processes, hiring staff, managing technicians, service advisors, and ensuring great customer service. This is a very fast-paced position in a high-volume dealership environment. Candidate will have to have a proven record of cost effect strategies, customer service scores, and strong leadership abilities. Local travel will be required.

Responsibilities - Fixed Operations Director:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the service, parts, and body shop departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage departmental budgets and financial goals to achieve maximum profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure the departments meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Drive customer retention by focusing on quality service, timely repairs, and excellent communication.
- Maintain inventory levels for parts and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements - Fixed Operations Director:
- Experience is required
- Local travel will be required
- Technical automotive knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a PLUS.
- Organized and friendly personality
- Ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- Warranty processing knowledge
