Responsibilities
- General Sales Manager:

  • Oversee daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and performance goals are met
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Manage customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with finance and subprime teams to optimize deal structures
  • Ensure seamless integration and use of industry-specific software for sales and reporting
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media initiatives
  • Conduct training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure top-tier customer service

Qualifications/Requirements - General Sales Manager:

  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Expertise in finance and subprime deal structuring.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with industry software and digital sales tools.
  • Background in marketing strategies, including social media engagement.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and performance evaluation programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a PLUS.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
