What You'll Do:
Build strong relationships with local businesses and fleet clients
Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer customized vehicle solutions
Drive commercial vehicle sales to meet and exceed goals
Collaborate with service and fleet maintenance teams to provide full lifecycle client support
Stay up to date on new products, vehicle technology, and upfitting options
Manage a personal client portfolio with follow-up systems that create repeat and referral business
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
What You Bring:
5+ years of proven success in automotive, fleet, or commercial vehicle sales
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
High level of self-motivation and goal orientation
Ability to manage your pipeline, prospect new business, and close deals
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
CRM experience preferred
Bonus Points:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience working with dealer management systems (DMS)
