As our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing our financing options, structuring competitive deals, and guiding customers through their financial journey. You will work closely with both the sales and service departments to ensure a smooth, compliant, and customer-focused financing process that supports our dealership's overall success.

Responsibilities - Finance Manager:
- Develop and implement innovative financing strategies that align with dealership goals
- Negotiate competitive financing options with financial institutions and guide customers through the process
- Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor market trends and competitor financing packages to continually refine and improve our offerings
- Maintain thorough records and prepare detailed reports on financial performance
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers, addressing their financial questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Act as a liaison between departments to streamline operations and optimize overall profitability
Requirements - Finance Manager:
- Previous AUTOMOTIVE Finance Manager or Sales Manager experience required
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively while maintaining customer trust
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and compliance awareness
- Must excel at time-management
- Experience in state law requirements including registrations, tag, tax, and title paperwork
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
