Responsibilities - Finance Manager:
- Arrange vehicle financing options for customers, sell after-market products, and more
- Seek and maintain good working relationships with lending institutions
- Meet dealership sales goals
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index score
Qualifications and Requirements - Finance Manager:
- 3+ Years of Dealership F&I experience, a high producer with a high level of integrity, and able to work within a team atmosphere
- A strong closer that's fully versed in leasing and special finance
- Excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills
- Computer proficient, a good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Able to prioritize tasks and good time management skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
