Responsibilities - Finance & Insurance Manager:

• Achieve dealership sales goals by maximizing finance and insurance revenue opportunities. Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by delivering exceptional service.
• Present and explain financing options, benefits, and aftermarket products tailored to customer needs.
• Ensure efficient processing of all loan, title, and miscellaneous documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive financing options.
• Clearly explain all aspects of a customer's purchase, ensuring complete transparency and satisfaction.
• Engage in business development initiatives to drive additional sales opportunities.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance with lending guidelines.
• Make credit decisions and negotiate financing terms effectively.
• Stay up to date on federal, state, and local regulations affecting vehicle financing and sales.

Qualifications - Finance & Insurance Manager:

• 4+ years previous experience as a Dealership Finance Manager or Auto Sales Manager required.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred, but candidates with F&I experience in RV, Powersports, or Marine dealerships will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding vehicle sales, financing, and compliance.
• Proficiency in leasing, special finance, and structuring deals to maximize profitability.
• Experience processing registrations, tax, title, and tag paperwork in compliance with state law requirements.
• Professional appearance with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and dealership finance software.
• Team-oriented with a proven track record of leadership and customer service excellence.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
