Job Overview: We are seeking a
Client Relations Specialist to engage with online customers, respond to inquiries, and drive dealership sales through effective communication. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to customer service.
Key Responsibilities: - Engage with internet customers via phone and email, ensuring a seamless online-to-in-store transition.
- Possess a deep understanding of dealership products and services.
- Guide customers to relevant product information and assist in vehicle selection.
- Use strategic communication techniques to encourage customer visits and sales.
- Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries promptly.
- Professionally handle all online sales inquiries and direct messages to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain an organized customer database to foster repeat business.
- Set and pursue personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards.
- Participate in product and sales training as required.
- Attend team meetings and maintain a professional appearance.
Qualifications: - Manufacturer training (preferred).
- Strong product knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: $35,000 - $50,000 per year (based on experience).
