Responsibilities - Appointment Scheduler:

• Answer requests for vehicle information, schedule several appointments per day for prospective customers to meet with the dealership's sales staff, confirm and/or reschedule appointments, and more.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
• Perform other duties

Qualifications - Appointment Scheduler:

• Must have recent automotive sales experience
• Internet sales experience preferred
• Energetic, outgoing, and motivated to succeed with excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A good work ethic, customer service, and computer skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass pre-employment background check
