Automation Systems Engineer

Salary Range: $65K - $90K + OT pay Permanent Position with Benefits. Akron Area Company is seeking an Automation Systems Engineer. You will Engineer, Test, Commission and Support companies Measurement and Control Systems. Requirements: BSEE or equivalent relevant work experience. Two years minimum of hands-on experience automation systems for industrial process control. Must be proficient at programming including PLC / HMI Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic drawings Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) experienced. Must be able to travel both domestic and internationally. (30% travel) Duties: Programming systems, PLC's & HMI's Electrical design & documentation Setup and configure drives Test and debug equipment prior to shipment Support start-up and commissioning systems at customer facilities.
