Automation & QA Engineer

Responsible for the design, pilot, and implementation of the software quality assurance review processes. Responsible for quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Knowledge of current storage and retrieval methods and demonstrated ability to formulate specifications for computer programmers to use in coding, testing, and debugging of computer programs. Coordinates with the Project Manager and/or Quality Assurance Manager to ensure problem solution and user satisfaction

Responsibilities:
- Perform functional and regression testing of Power Platform components.
- Develop automated flows for defect triage, alerting, and data synchronization.
- Work with UAT team to ensure defect-free releases.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 4+ years of QA experience with Microsoft technologies and automation tools.

Certifications:
- UiPath Certified RPA Associate - Preferred
- ISTQB Foundation - Preferred
