The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automated manufacturing systems to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Description
Design, develop, and implement automation systems and controls to improve manufacturing processes.
Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and industrial automation equipment.
Integrate automation solutions with existing manufacturing equipment and processes.
Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and engineering to optimize automation solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and programming instructions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel.
Stay up-to-date with emerging automation technologies and industry best practices.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in a discrete manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.), HMI development, and industrial networking.
Experience with robotics, motion control, and vision systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
