Shift: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Top 3 Skills Required:
• Knowledge of electrical safety circuits (category or SIL)
• PLC programming (preferably Rockwell)
• Troubleshooting and commissioning control systems
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify manufacturing automation opportunities through on-site observations and build business cases
• Research, design, build, and test cutting-edge automation solutions
• Commission, qualify, and validate new systems in compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot and improve existing equipment
• Help define and implement global automation standards
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Practical experience in industrial automation and manufacturing
• Strong hands-on expertise with automation hardware/software (Rockwell preferred)
• Familiarity with industrial networks and schematic drawings
Preferred Experience:
• Change management procedures in regulated industries
• Batch process automation and ISA-88 knowledge
• Commissioning and validation
