We're partnering with a highly respected plastics manufacturing leader to find a talented Automation/Electrical Engineer with a strong background in plastic injection molding. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team focused on innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, implement, and optimize automated systems in a clean room injection molding environment


  • Build and maintain automation cells and automated assembly machinery


  • Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)


  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements in quality, safety, and efficiency


  • Troubleshoot EOAT robotics and injection molding machinery


  • Ensure compliance with clean room standards and best practices


  • Train operators and maintenance staff on automation systems


What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in automation engineering within plastic injection molding


  • Familiarity with EOAT, robotics, and molding machine integration


  • Experience conducting FAT/SAT


  • Knowledge of clean room environments and protocols


  • Strong communication and analytical skills


  • A proactive, hands-on approach to engineering challenges
