The Automation Developer will be joining our team that utilizes SQL, Python, and UiPath to identify, optimize, and automate highly manual, repetitive processes throughout the Marketing and Creative organizations. This role serves as a key member of the software development life cycle to ensure effective solutions are identified, developed, iterated upon, and maintained. The Automation Developer will work closely with Solutions and Analytics analysts and developer peers to support and deliver automations that tackle business opportunities with tangible results focused on driving time savings, operational efficiencies, or risk mitigation.
This role is responsible for identifying manual, repetitive processes across marketing operations and developing scalable, automated solutions using tools like Python, Cloud Composer (Airflow), and various RPA platforms. The analyst will design data pipelines, build integrations across martech platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint), and implement automation workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build automated workflows to streamline manual marketing operations processes.
- Develop data pipelines using Cloud Composer (Airflow), Python, and relevant APIs.
- Build integrations between martech platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint, email platforms).
- Implement and support automation tools like Power Automate or equivalent RPA platforms.
- Maintain documentation and error-handling logic for all automation workflows.
Required Skills:
- Strong Python programming skills, especially for scripting and automation.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow (Cloud Composer preferred).
- Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration concepts.
- Experience with Power Automate or similar automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, UiPath).
- Comfortable working with GCP or cloud-based infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and scale automation solutions.
